With slightly lower prices than its more developed sister cities, developers are seeing the real values in developing this beachfront market, especially since the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce has reported a deficiency of 5,700 hotel rooms in the city to meet current demand.

The resort residences (condo hotel units) range from one- to three-bedrooms and are delivered fully furnished. Prices range from $425,000 to $1,500,000. The traditional condos are all two- or three-bedroom units with prices ranging from $625,000 to $1,500,000.
