Artesia is a residential community with spacious townhomes that have the distinct design of stylish European villas.  Developed by Minto, a builder with a long history of creating quality residences since 1955, Artesia spans 76 acres.

It’s just a 15-minute ride from the new Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.  But the best feature of Artesia’s location is within walking distance.  Artesia is right across from Sawgrass Mills, the largest outlet mall in the state of Florida with more than 350 stores, plus great dining and entertainment options. 

 

Artesia is also next door to the Bank Atlantic Center, home of the Florida Panthers hockey team and numerous concerts and events, and near the brand new Flamingo Road Linear Park, which features two looped walking paths, gazebos and benches. 

Every townhome and villa in Artesia will be built to Energy Star® Standards, which will make it 20%-30% more energy efficient and qualify it for an energy-efficient mortgage.  Additionally, homes will have private balconies and many first-class features.

The homes at Artesia come in a variety of floor plans and sizes with two to four bedrooms.  They vary in size from 1,275 to 2,838 square feet.  The prices range from $240,859 to $473,525.

Construction on the Artesia community began in the summer of 2004 and will be completed by the summer of 2013.  However, homes are ready now and closings can take place within 30-60 days.
