Located on the eastern tip of the Dominican Republic at Punta Cana, Cap Cana is a massive 36,000-acre development. Villas Marina at Cap Cana is situated on the second phase of the marina. A $96 million dollar project, the marina at Cap Cana will have a 1,000+ boat capacity, including slips for mega-yachts. The first of three phases is already under construction. Ground breaking for Villas Marina at Cap Cana occurred in December 2009. Construction on the first phase is expected to be complete by summer 2010. Prices range from $1,440,000 to $2,100,000 (prices subject to change without prior notice).
