All suites will have contemporary outdoor living spaces offering panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Coronado Islands. They will be delivered fully furnished and will include top-of-the-line appliances and amenities.

Construction began in early 2007 with completion of the first and second towers scheduled for early 2010. Build-out of the resort (all three towers) will take a total of three to four years.

The first building of Trump Baja, called the Lobby Tower (in middle of above picture), is sold out. In fact, the development set a record for the highest single-day residential sales in Mexico at $120 million. While those who acted quickly were able to secure units, many more were shut out.

The second building, called the Spa Tower (on right in above picture), is available now, and units can be reserved. Prices start in the upper-$300,000s.

This is a highly desired property. We can't emphasize that enough. The bulk of the first tower's units were reserved within a few weeks of release.
