Taheima will be built in three phases and will ultimately consist of nine buildings that include 400 condos. Construction of Phase I of Taheima began in March 2009. The first residences will be delivered early 2010. The entire development is expected to be completed by late 2011.

Currently available to be reserved in Taheima are the 135 residences in Phase I. They range in size from 650-2,800 square feet and include studios and one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes. Prices range from $179,000 to $420,000.
