The Abaco Club will feature an assortment of beach and cliff cottages and also studio cabanas. To best suit your individual needs and circumstances, you can choose from two distinct ownership options.

Private or whole ownership refers to the outright purchase of a residence, providing you with its full-time, exclusive use. Use your home whenever you desire, and The Ritz-Carlton cares for it when you're not there.

Fractional ownership, a more affordable option, provides you with a deeded interest to access a variety of different-sized residences throughout the year for a specified amount of time. Purchase only as much time as you wish to use the residence. Prices are based on The Ritz-Carlton Destination Club point system and start at $110,000.

Ten units are available for fractional purchase. They include 570 square foot studio cabanas, 1,656 square foot two-bedroom cottages, and 2,325 square foot three-bedroom cottages. Some of the units will overlook the golf course. Others overlook beautiful Winding Bay Beach.

At The Abaco Club, you’ll enjoy the Caribbean’s first Scottish-style links course in a tropical location. Donald Steel and Tom Mackenzie designed the private 18-hole golf course that is the centerpiece of the property.

From high rocky points to lush tropical vegetation, the course winds its way along the diverse peninsula landscape offering unparalleled championship play and spectacular views. Its unique octagonal clubhouse overlooks the beach and 18th green.

Groundbreaking for The Abaco Club was in 2003. Phase I of the fractional inventory is near completion, scheduled for spring 2010.  Phase II of the Fractional product should be completed by the end of 2012.
