At Reserva Quepos, you can choose from five spacious floor plans of two bedrooms and three bedrooms. The homes are delivered fully furnished.

They are sold as 1/12 fractionals, which entitles you to one month of usage per year. Pricing varies depending on the season and is slightly higher for the peak, dry season than the off-peak, green season. The homes can be rented to others during your chosen month if desired.

Ranging in size from 1,666 square feet to 2,981 square feet, the homes are priced from $32,900 to $77,900. Residences are also available as full ownership, with pricing ranging from $377,000 - $641,000. Construction began in April 2008 and is scheduled for completion in three phases with the entire resort done by June 2011.
