Located on the northern Atlantic coast of Morocco adjacent to the city of Larache, the Port Lixus Condo Hotel will span 17 beachfront acres. It will be a five-star property situated in one of the six government-sponsored Plan Azur Resorts, part of the "Vision 2010" tourism initiative by the King of Morocco.

The Port Lixus Condo Hotel will feature a contemporary design with a grand entrance hall in the main building and traditional Moroccan accents throughout its design. The services and amenities at this first-class resort will include:

The resort will feature one main hotel building. The individual condo hotel suites will be located in two- and three-story buildings. They'll have luxurious furnishings and finishes and will offer breathtaking ocean views.

Port Lixus Condo Hotel will be a part of the much larger Port Lixus Resort, 50 miles south of Tangier, the gateway city to and from Europe. It will have incredible amenities including:

Construction on the Port Lixus Condo Hotel will begin in October 2007 and should be complete by 2009. There will be a total of 250 condo hotel suites, including studios and one- and two-bedroom units. Prices are expected to start under $200,000 USD (subject to change).

At this time, the developer has asked us to generate a list of interested clients who will be among the first people to receive information when the condo hotel units come on sale. It is expected that the units will be released by mid-2007.
