It is no secret that one of the most dynamic and vibrant locales in the world is Dubai, one of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Now, one of the biggest names in U.S. development is bringing his world-famous brand to this emirate.

Regional developer Nakheel and The Trump Organization have revealed plans to develop the Palm Trump International Hotel & Tower in Dubai. A $400 million hotel residence, it will offer a unique opportunity to own an elegantly appointed condominium on Dubai's world-famous Palm Jumeirah island.

The Palm Jumeirah is one of the world's largest man-made islands. It forms the shape of a palm tree in the Arabian Gulf. The 60-story Trump International Hotel & Tower is set to form a spectacular gateway to the island. It will be the centerpiece landmark building on the Golden Mile, an exclusive residential and retail boulevard on the trunk of The Palm Jumeirah.

The design for the Trump International Hotel and Tower involves two asymmetrical halves with stainless steel, glass and stone facades.

The Trump International Hotel and Tower will feature 378 hotel rooms and 399 residential  apartments which can be bought to own.  Each residence will have the luxury of access to five-star hotel services and amenities.

There will be one-, two, and three-bedroom suites and penthouses. The development will also include a selection of high-end boutiques, fine dining, bars, swimming pools, and a luxurious spa and health club.

The hotel residence features an observatory viewing gallery and a number of five-star rooftop restaurants located at the apex of the building, which will offer unparalleled views of Dubai and the Arabian Gulf.

A Sky Lobby, suspended above the shallow canal that flows up the center of the trunk and the state-of-the-art monorail that traverses the length of the island, will create a grand sense of arrival, while lower floor retail will provide a natural progression of The Golden Mile, the exclusive residential and retail boulevard which lines the trunk's west side.

Construction on The Trump International Hotel and Tower is expected to commence in 2008. The hotel residence should be complete in 2010.

Sales for The Trump International Hotel and Tower are expected to launch in May 2008.
