The first phase of Marazul will include its South Building containing 27 condos. Available in one-, two- and three- bedroom floorplans, they are being offered at special pre-construction prices ranging from $307,000 to $885,600.
Please note that Marazul is a traditional condominium development that does offer a rental program that owners can choose to participate in. However, the property will not be operated as what is typically considered a condo hotel with hotel-like amenities and services.
