Jasmine Garden will be a five-star island community that overlooks the Andaman Sea and is surrounded by white sandy beaches. It will be associated with a well-respected national brand, although the name has not yet been announced.
A mere 37 buildings in all will be constructed on the island, making this one of the most prestigious and exclusive residential/resort areas of Dubai.
Located on the island of “Thailand,” Jasmine Garden will be a Thai-themed resort centered around a spa. It will be a $110 million development located just 2.5 miles from Dubai mainland.
All of Jasmine Garden’s 131 luxurious residences will be inspired by Thai architecture and constructed of the finest materials imported from Asia. They will be set amidst carefully designed exotic landscapes that feature still ponds, bridges and cascading fountains.
Jasmine Garden will cleverly combine traditional Thai style with 21st century conveniences such as intelligent electronics, direct wireless communication, 24-hour concierge, gourmet restaurants, pools, private beach, marina, health club, resident chef and, of course, the focal point of the five-star spa.
Only 36% of the island will be built out, leaving more than half the island covered with lush landscaping and man-made beaches for residents to enjoy.
The island will be one of The World Islands, a collection of man-made islands shaped into the continents of the world, located off the coast of Dubai. In total, it will consist of 300 small private artificial islands divided into four categories - private homes, estate homes, dream resorts, and community islands.
Visible from space and measuring over 5.5 miles wide and 4 miles in length, the $5 billion (USD) World Islands project is already garnering worldwide attention and attracting celebrities as residents.
Homeowners at Jasmine Garden will be able to place their residence in a managed rental program, like a traditional condo hotel unit, or they may live in it as their permanent home. Details regarding the rental program are still being determined.
With only 131 residences available at Jasmine Garden on Thailand Island, Dubai, this development will be extremely exclusive and will likely sell out very quickly.
The residences will be available in sizes between 904 and 4,336 square feet. Floor plans come in studios, one-bedroom duplex lofts, two-bedroom suites, three-bedroom townhouses and four-bedroom water or beach villas.
Prices for the residences are not yet set, but we anticipate that they will be approximately as follows: Studio units will start at $1.7 million. One-bedroom suites will start at $2.3 million. Water villas with four bedrooms will start at $8 million. And beach villas with four bedrooms will start at $8.3 million. Again, these prices have not yet been finalized.
Construction on Jasmine Garden will begin in late 2008 or early 2009, based on when land handover from the Master Developer (Nakheel) occurs. The anticipated completion date is late 2011.
Pending the announcement of the national brand that will be associated with Jasmine Garden, the developers of this property are currently gathering a VIP waiting list. However, they have quietly released just a few units available to Condo Hotel Center’s customers now. Details available upon request.
