Each of Icon Vallarta's
one-, two- and three-bedroom residences have been

The first tower, a total of 130 condos,
were reserved within three days of being released
on June 22, 2007. Contracts are currently being accepted
for condos in towers II and III. Additionally, the third
tower will only feature 75 three- and four- bedroom residences.
