The Flaxby Country Club is a 30-minute drive to Leeds City Center, the financial capital of northern England. It is approximately 200 miles from London is considered a commuter city.  Leeds Bradford Airport is a 15-minute drive with a 6.5-hour flight direct to/from New York.

Participation in the rental program at The Flaxby Country Club is mandatory. The personal usage is 12 days for the first 10 years and then 52 days thereafter. The revenue generated by participation in the rental program helps offset the costs of ownership.

Construction on The Flaxby Country Club is set to begin in the summer of 2009 with completion expected by the summer of 2011.  The one- and two-bedroom suites can be reserved now at pre-construction prices. 

The suites range in size from 550 to 1,250 sq. ft.  They are priced from $416,500 to just over $1,000,000.
