The next phase of the Trump endeavor was recently announced by Donald Trump at a press conference in Cap Cana. Dr. Ricardo Hazoury, president of Cap Cana's board of directors, accompanied Trump and expressed his pride in the project and its contributions to the Dominican Republic economy by saying, "This is the future of our country."

The next phase of Farallon Trump at Cap Cana will include a new condo hotel, an exclusive beach club, residences, golf villas and golf lots, and two world-class golf courses created by Hanse Golf Course Design, Inc. The golf courses will tentatively be named Farallon (7,215 yards) and Dolinas (7,290 yards). Both will offer championship golf, an abundance of natural trees and flowers and of course breathtaking views of the Caribbean from high above.

Donald Trump continues his commitment to the Dominican Republic by investing even more capital into what he calls a "spectacular" development. Trump even went so far as to congratulate buyers on their accurate investment.

Trump’s association with Cap Cana is just one of many that support the $1.5 billion master-planned development. Spanning 30,000 acres of prime Caribbean waterfront, Cap Cana is ideally situated on 3.4 miles of virgin beaches.

The property’s five-star hotels, five golf courses of which three are Jack Nicholas signature courses, and mega-yacht marina make it the most important development in the Dominican Republic’s modern history.

The real estate mogul went on to say that “the present real estate crisis in the United States has not affected Cap Cana as its property owners do not come from one single country, but rather from all over the world. My perception is, that within the next 12 months the situation in the United States will resolve and will stabilize.”

Trump added that his investments in the project will only increase as the development progresses, and that the stability of the Dominican Republic and Cap Cana's solid reputation are the reasons for his ongoing financial commitment.
