Grenada has crystal clear waters.  Swimming, snorkelling and diving are superb, as the waters are protected by the reef formations that surround the islands.  There is game fishing around the island for marlin, tuna and sailfish.

Bacolet Bay Resort is located on Grenada’s south coast, just 20 minutes from Grenada’s famous beach, Grand Anse; its picturesque capital, St. Georges; and its international airport. 

Grenada is in the eastern Caribbean, north of Trinidad and Tobago and south of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.  Flight time from London is approximately nine hours; direct flights from Miami take approximately four hours.

Work on the infrastructure of Bacolet Bay Resort is almost complete.  Major vertical construction started March 2010. Phase I will be complete by mid-2011, when the resort will open.

Choose from hotel cottages, 2 bedroom apartments, and one- and two-bedroom villas, all of which are eligible to be placed in the optional rental program.  Sizes range from 864 square feet to 2,647 square feet.  Prices start at $550,000 and go up to $1,540,000 for the largest units offering the best views.
