Waterford Estates
Lodge is a 199-unit condo hotel conversion designed
in the style of a charming Irish cottage. Originally
a Ramada Inn, the property has just undergone an $8
million renovation and upgrade.
The condo hotel is located about one
mile from the University of Notre Dame, making it
the preferred choice for lodging for the many loyal
alumni and visitors who attend Notre Dame football
games and other school activities. The College of
St. Mary's and the University of Indiana South Bend
