W Ft. Lauderdale Hotel & Residences will be a 23-story, 171-room, luxury condo hotel in the heart of Ft. Lauderdale Beach. It will consist of one and two bedroom units priced from $975,000 for the one bedroom and from $1,290,900 for the two bedroom units.

The property will have 315 feet of frontage directly across the street from the ocean. All units will have ocean or city views with nine foot ceilings in most living areas and sliding glass doors onto balconies.
