The Oceanside Collection opened October 2008, and the Oceanfront Collection opened in September 2009.  Both properties have access to the Private Sea Club, a two-story oceanfront clubhouse, which has a fitness room with state-of-the-art equipment, a spa, a heated pool, whirlpool, and furnished cabanas.  Owners can also take advantage of the social club rooms, which are great for entertaining guests.
