Donald Trump and Irongate Capital Partners, a Beverly Hills, California-based investment firm, plan to bring a $350-million-plus, five-star, luxury condominium hotel to Waikiki Beach, HI.

The Trump International Hotel and Tower at Waikiki Beach Walk is the only new high-rise tower and the only five-star project to be built on world-famous Waikiki Beach in 25 years. It will set a new standard for luxury there, and it's no surprise that it is already getting a lot of attention from celebrities, power players and top executives.

The Trump Waikiki will become the cornerstone of Outrigger Enterprises' $1 billion redevelopment of the area. The Beach Walk Project is an eight-acre, hotel-retail-entertainment complex - the largest development built in the history of Waikiki.

It will include an outdoor entertainment plaza, 40 retailers, six restaurants and four hotels. This exciting leisure destination is already under construction and is tentatively scheduled to open in December 2006, well before the Trump Tower Waikiki opens.

The Trump Waikiki will offer the best of residential and hotel living, featuring an extravagant two-story lobby, full-service spa, signature restaurants and pools with cabanas. The condo hotel units will have panoramic views of the sprawling ocean and beautiful Fort DeRussy Park. Luxury services will include round-the-clock concierge service, 24-hour room service, valet and porter service.

Some of the more unique features of the Trump Tower Waikiki will be outdoor glass elevators, an infinity pool, a cascading sixth-floor waterfall and wine cellar.

Luxury services will include round-the-clock concierge service, 24-hour room service, valet and porter service. According to one member of the development team, "We're selling a lifestyle. There will be an aloha spirit and an extremely high-end level of service and quality."

The condo hotel units will have panoramic views of the sprawling ocean and beautiful Fort DeRussy Park. They'll be delivered fully furnished and will offer finishes in koa wood, granite and marble. Kitchens will be fully-equipped and have top-of-the-line Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances.

Soaring 38 stories, there will be 460 condo hotel units. Construction will begin in early 2007 and is expected to be complete by late 2009. Prices are expected to range from $450,000 for a 562 sq. ft. studio all the way up to $2,740,000 for a 2,110 sq. ft. three-bedroom unit.

What's in a Name?
Donald Trump has redefined the luxury residential real estate and hotel markets in New York, where he became a global brand. Since then, Trump has expanded into other markets including Las Vegas, Chicago, Ft. Lauderdale and Toronto, just to name a few. The Trump name has become recognized as a premium brand in the hospitality industry and plays an integral role in the success of all the Trump projects.

According to Trump...
The Trump name and brand will play a large role in both the development and marketing of the Trump Tower Waikiki. In a talk-story video board which can be seen in the Sales Preview Center, developer Donald Trump says, "I really love Waikiki and have wanted to build here for the last 10 to 15 years. Finally, we have the opportunity to do it." The "carefully nuanced" tower, according to Trump, will be a "building with true Hawaiian soul" and will have "the finest of everything."

In a personal statement, he calls the condo hotel "sensational in every way that one would expect a property of this caliber to be...I cannot imagine anyone not having the time of their lives at Trump Tower Waikiki."
