Trump Las Olas Beach Resort will be a five-star boutique condo hotel located right on the ocean along the Ft. Lauderdale Strip. The 12-story property will have just 95 condo hotel units.

The site for Trump Las Olas is just a few minutes south of Las Olas Boulevard with its many upscale residential neighborhoods and over 100 unique specialty shops, galleries, entertainment venues and the best in fine dining.

The Trump Las Olas will feature an elegant Arrival Court on the west side leading into an exquisitely appointed two-story lobby with a cafe and restaurant, and an indoor/outdoor bar overlooking the beach. The large, resort-style pool will be located on the fifth floor.

The Trump Las Olas condo hotel units will be fully furnished in a contemporary and elegant style, luxuriously appointed with everything from plasma televisions to imported Italian bed linens. The kitchens will be outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances such as Gaggenau cooktops and Sub-Zero refrigerators. Personal belongs can be secured in private owner's closets when the unit is placed in the optional rental program.

Construction is expected to be complete in mid to late 2008. The condo hotel units at Trump Las Olas Beach Resort are currently being offered at pre-construction prices, ranging from $492,500 to $2,730,000 (subject to change).
