The Trump Hollywood will be a 40-story, 200-unit luxury
condominium on the beach. It will be located on a
five-acre parcel that includes 240 feet of ocean frontage.
Unlike most of the properties on our
Condo Hotel Center website, the Trump Hollywood will
not be a condo hotel. It will be a traditional condominium
without a rental program. However, so many of our
clients have expressed an interest in Trump products,
particularly those located in South Florida on the
beach, that we have decided to feature this straight
condominium anyway.
Trump Hollywood will offer three-bedroom
units ranging in size from 2,461 to 3,840 sq. ft.
There will also be two penthouse units on the 40th
floor of the building, each with more than 7,000 sq.
ft.
Among the amenities in the Trump Hollywood
are:

- Oceanfront pool deck with spa
& cabanas
- Tennis courts
- Fitness center
- Valet parking
- Concierge services
The site for the Trump Hollywood currently
has a 200-room Holiday Inn which will soon be demolished.
Construction began in early 2007, with project completion
slated for Fall 2009. Prices will start at $1.6 million.
