Sunny Isles Beach is located on a barrier island in the northeast corner of Miami-Dade County, with the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west.

Residents at St. Tropez will find they’re close to shopping and entertainment. The Aventura Mall and upscale Bal Harbour shops are just a few minutes away. Just to the south is world-famous South Beach, as well as Miami’s financial district and commercial center. Slightly to the north is Fort Lauderdale, often referred to as the boating capital of the world.
Currently being evaluated is a proposal by Wometco, which owns the Miami Seaquarium, to build a 100 thousand-square-foot Aquatic Center at 151 Sunny Isles Beach Boulevard, just a few steps from St. Tropez. It would include a park, restaurants, shops, two banquet halls and a three-story aquarium with exhibits like a stingray pool where guests can pet the stingrays. The proposed $60 million complex could open as early as 2013.

Construction on St. Tropez began in 2006 and was completed in 2009. The residences, a total of 216, are move-in ready.

Choose from four different residential layouts: three-bedroom condos, lanai residences, town homes and penthouses. The floor plans range from 1,900 to 3,800 square feet. Prices start in the $650,000s and go up to $1.55 million for the largest home. Financing is available.
