SkyPalace at Mary Brickell Village will have an impressive location in the midst of a dynamic mixed-use environment. Residents will be just an elevator ride away from a Publix Gourmet Market and LA Fitness Signature Club as well as The Shops at Mary Brickell Village. Construction on the foundation for SkyPalace at Mary Brickell Village began in 2004.  After a delay due to the real estate downturn, construction is set to resume in mid-2010 with a completion date set for late 2011.
