MGM MIRAGE CityCenter

Las

The MGM MIRAGE CityCenter
will be a $7 billion mixed-use resort located on the
Las Vegas Strip between the Bellagio and Monte Carlo
resorts. It is the largest private development under
construction in the
United States and is destined to change the landscape
of Las Vegas real estate. Vdara will be the only condo
hotel in CityCenter. (More on Vdara in a minute.)
A city within a city
is how CityCenter is already being described. It will
have a ¼ mile of Strip frontage on Las Vegas
Boulevard, offering proximity to all of Las Vegas'
main attractions.
CityCenter will be a
design collaboration between MGM MIRAGE and eight
internationally acclaimed architects.
MGM MIRAGE is one of
the world's leading hotel and gaming companies. It
owns and operates 23 properties located in Nevada,
Mississippi and Michigan, and has investments in three
other properties in Nevada, New Jersey and Illinois.
For CityCenter, it has
gathered some of the world's leading design, architectural
and construction companies. Every building will be
an icon of outstanding contemporary design. Together
they are expected to create an unparalleled skyline
that will redefine Las Vegas.

Spanning 76 acres, CityCenter will
be its own urban metropolis complete with a skyline
of seven towers with upscale residences and hotel
rooms, high-end shopping venues, gourmet restaurants,
movie theaters, parks and pedestrian environments.
The focal point of CityCenter will
be a casino with a 4,000-room hotel-casino designed
by world-renowned architect Cesar Pelli. There will
be plenty of glitz in the form of light shows projected
against building facades and plenty of Times Square-style
neon. The project will eventually employ an estimated
12,000 people.

When complete, the total number of
buildings will be 7, with the tallest soaring just
over 600 feet above Las Vegas Boulevard. Construction
has already begun. It started in June 2006, and completion
is expected by late 2009.

- a free-standing condo hotel
- Mandarin
Oriental Hotel - a hotel with condominiums
on top floors
- Veer
- a condominium-only project
- The Harmon
- a hotel with condominiums on top floors

Vdara
Condo Hotel
As the only condo hotel in CityCenter, Vdara is ideal
for those interested in a Las Vegas
vacation home that generates rental income to help
offset ownership costs.
Vdara is being designed by the prestigious
firm Rafael Viñoly Architects of New York.
It will contain 1,543 condo hotel units, ranging in
size from 500 square feet to 1,850 square feet.
It will be a 50-story ebony tower
built between the Bellagio and the CityCenter hotel-casino,
just a two-minute walk from CityCenter's 500,000 sq.
ft. retail and entertainment district.
A five-star condo hotel with top-notch
amenities and services, it will include:
- Full-service spa and branded salon
- Resort-style pool with pool bar
and lounge located 50 feet above street level
- Coffee bar and lobby lounge
- 24-hour concierge, bellman, security
and doorman
- Valet parking

Pricing for Vdara Condo Hotel ranges
from the low $600,000's to approximately $2,000,000.
Construction began in 2007 with no specific completion
date yet determined. Sales of the condo hotel units
are currently underway.

The
Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas
The Residences at Mandarin Oriental will be a hotel
residence. It will combine the prestige of an internationally
renowned hotel and resort brand, exceptional amenities
and cutting-edge architectural design with a world-class,
five-star
hotel and residential experience.
Residents will be treated as permanent
guests of Mandarin Oriental and enjoy privileged access
to the outstanding services provided by the hotel
including:
- Access to gourmet cuisine via
24-hour room service
- Concierge, doorman, housekeeping
and valet services
- Fine dining restaurants
- Entertainment venues
- Full-service spa and health club
Designed by KPF Architects, The Residences
at Mandarin Oriental will feature approximately 227
condominium residences situated on the upper floors
of the 400-room hotel tower. Owners will have a private
lobby and clubroom but access to all of the hotel's
amenities.
Prices for the luxurious Residences
at Mandarin Oriental started at $1.5 million. However,
all of the one- and two-bedroom plans sold out within
the first few weeks of release. Currently, only the
two- and three-bedroom penthouse units are available.
They range in size from 1,000 to 4,100 square feet.
Veer Towers
Rising from CityCenter's retail and entertainment
district will be Veer Towers. Designed
by architect Helmut Jahn, they will offer residents
the best of city living.
Veer Towers will consist of two glass
towers leaning in opposite directions, representing
an innovative architectural accomplishment. Each tower
will be 37 stories containing more than 350 modern
condominium residences.
The condos will range from 500 to 2,600 square feet
in a variety of studio, one-and-two-bedroom flats
and penthouses.
Atop each striking tower, residents and guests will
enjoy an amenities floor featuring an unparalleled
view of Las Vegas and such luxuries as:
- An "infinity edge" pool
- Fitness center
- Spa
- Cabanas
- Patio for outdoor entertaining
Steps away, residents will have access
to upscale dining, world-class shopping and the type
of exhilarating nightlife and entertainment that only

The Harmon Hotel
& Residences
Designed by Foster and Partners and operated by visionary
Andrew Sasson's The Light Group, The Harmon Hotel
& Residences will define stylish, exclusive living
on the
exciting Las Vegas Strip.
It will offer an elite standard of
service and luxurious amenities for guests and residents.
Each room will be unique and offer stylish and fashionable
design elements. Residents will have full access to
all hotel amenities including:
- Pool deck, 100 feet above the

The Harmon's elegant tower will be
located at the corner of Harmon and Las Vegas Boulevard.
It will include 400 hotel rooms and approximately
228 condominium residences on the top floors. They
will range from 800 to 4,200 square feet available
as one-and-two-bedroom flats and penthouses. Sales
are currently underway. Prices for these ultra-luxurious
residences range from $1.3 million to $10 million.
