The Mandarin Oriental Chicago will offer the ultimate lifestyle for those seeking a primary residence, a second home or a pied-a-terre.

Supremely located in the epicenter of Chicago on Stetson Avenue and Lake Street, Mandarin Oriental Chicago will be just steps away from some of the city's foremost attractions, including Millennium Park and the Magnificent Mile, Chicago's upscale shopping Mecca.

It will also be close by to Chicago's Cultural Mile, which encompasses the Art Institute, Field Museum and Grant Park, the Theater District and the Loop area. Within close proximity to the business district.

Construction on the Mandarin Oriental Chicago began in early 2007 and is expected to be complete by summer 2009. There are a wide range of unit types and sizes from which to choose. Prices start at $600,000 and go up to $7,000,000 for the 3,600 sq. ft. presidential suite, (subject to change).
