The Conrad Majestic will be a five-star
property operated by Conrad Hilton. Conrad is the
luxury brand of the Hilton hotel family.
It will be a 655 foot tall condo hotel
tower located on six acres on Las Vegas Boulevard,
the Las Vegas Strip. It will have a total of 558 units
of which 286 are condo hotel and 272 are just hotel
suites.
The Conrad Majestic will feature a
combination of unique dining, shopping & entertainment.
With complete visibility of the Las Vegas Strip, The
Majestic will have a natural "open-air"
environment reminiscent of the relaxed friendliness
of a European piazza.
It will have a European spa and 14,000
sq. ft. health club, tri-level infinity pools, a brand-name
nightclub, a Master's Steak House, a sushi restaurant,
a gourmet grocery store, a gourmet coffee house, a
45,000 sq. ft. convention space and many other five-star
amenities and services.
Available at The Majestic are one-bedroom
units of 860 sq. ft. to 1,065 sq. ft.; two-bedroom
residences of 1,340 sq. ft.; and two-bedroom manors
of 1,785 sq. ft. to 2,145 sq. ft. Prices range from
$710,000 - $2,400,000 (and are subject to change without
notice).
This property will be one of the few,
if not the only, five-star condo hotels in Las Vegas.
Construction on The Conrad Majestic will begin in
May 2005 and should be complete by December 2006.
