Studios, one- and two-bedroom condo hotel suites, many with porches, range in size from 282 sq. ft. to 560 sq. ft. They are decorated in Tropical Plantation, Caribbean and Island Victorian styles.

All units feature hardwood floors, TV's and new, fully-equipped kitchens with stove top, granite counter tops, refrigerator, sink, microwave or oven, dishes, silverware, pots & pans, and other miscellaneous utensils.

The Island City House Hotel has been owned and operated for over 20 years by the same family. The current owners will continue to manage the property, although each owner has the right to rent his unit out on his own if he chooses.

Linda Haase of the Palm Beach Post writes, "This bed and breakfast...actually three eclectic guest houses separated by meandering paths through a jungle of palms, hibiscus, jasmine, and bougainvillea...is quaint, yet funky enough to make visitors feel they are experiencing the "real Key West."
