A unique 28-story tower, the Grand Bohemian Hotel and Residences will be St. Petersburg's first mixed-use building containing hotel suites, spa villas and residences.

Drawing inspiration from the distinctive culture of the Far East, the tower will be all-white with staggered, illuminated balconies. It will bear resemblance to a traditional Asian lantern with an eye-catching modern twist.

The Grand Bohemian will feature 292 hotel guest rooms and suites, 22 spacious residences and two 6,000 sq. ft. penthouses.

An Asian-inspired Bohemian Gardens pool deck will offer a lush tropical setting with a pool bar, special events pavilion, hotel pool and spa, resident pool and spa, indoor catering kitchen and outdoor summer kitchen, air-conditioned cabanas and the full-service Poseidon Spa and Fitness Center.

Living up to its exotic name, the Grand Bohemian will also feature a unique garden mediation area with mahogany benches, antique carved wood columns from palaces in India and large bronze sculptures.
