Biscayne Landing

North Miami, Florida
Biscayne Landing is a 200-acre preserve currently being developed into a master-planned community in North Miami, Florida. It will encompass approximately 6,000 upscale residences in a lush, tropical setting.

Unlike most of our other featured properties, Biscayne Landing is not a condo hotel. However, it is so unique and has such great investment appeal that we have decided to include it on our website anyway.

Biscayne Landing adjoins the impressive 1,043-acre Oleta River State Park and the campus for Florida International University. It will include a 35-acre park, jogging trails, children's playgrounds, and more. Biscayne Landing will also have a 25 acre town center than encompasses stores, restaurants, class A offices and even a luxury hotel. It will be a city within a city.

Designed with families in mind, Biscayne Landing will have its own elementary school, grades kindergarten through eighth grade. It will have a charter high school, (a public school but smaller class sizes and some specialized course offerings, in this case, in marine biology). Because of the proximity to Florida International University, children who live in Biscayne Landing will be able to receive all of their schooling without ever even getting into a school bus.

Biscayne Landing is being developed by a prominent Florida development firm, Boca Developers. The land is the last large undeveloped property in South Florida and, because of its many amenities, will most certainly be a one-of-a-kind community.

Ground was broken on Biscayne Landing in January 2003. Building of the entire development is expected to take approximately 15 years. Available now are two- and three-bedroom condos and townhomes. Pricing begins in the $300,000's (subject to change without notice).
