Aqualea Resort Condominium Hotel will be Clearwater Beach's newest and most luxurious resort condo hotel. Aqualea will be the centerpiece of new 1/2 mile expanse of beach. Expected to be a four-star property, it will be managed by Hyatt Resorts, a global leader in vacation home management.

All 250 condo hotel units at Aqualea Resort Condominium Hotel will have views of the beach or the Gulf. Available will be studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, ranging in size from 522 sq. ft. to over 2,000 sq. ft. Condo hotel units will be delivered fully furnished and decorated by a professional interior designer.

The resort is tentatively scheduled to open in late 2009. Its construction will coincide with the construction of BeachWalk, an ambitious $30-million redevelopment project designed to transform Clearwater Beach into an upscale beach resort destination.

BeachWalk will be a walking promenade of about ½ mile in length and will contain quaint shops, outdoor cafes, water sports, public attractions all surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Aqualea Resort will be the central focus of BeachWalk.
