Townhome sizes range from 1,735 gross sq. ft to 2,580 gross sq. ft. Prices start at $610,000 and go up to $695,000. To reserve a home at Tierra del Sol a $5,000 non-binding, fully refundable deposit is required. The remaining 20% down payment will be due within 15 days.
