Sonesta Jaco
Resort
Costa Rica
Offers Tropical Beauty & Great Value
Prices Start
at $260,000
Hola.
Maria Lopez here from Condo Hotel Center, and I
have a gorgeous, new condo hotel tell you about,
our first in this particular country.
When
you mention Costa Rica, most people think of rainforests
and coffee. Rightly so, as it is known to have the
world's most amazing rainforests, and coffee beans
are one of this small country's main exports.
But Costa Rica is quickly gaining world recognition
for another reason. With its tropical climate, beautiful
scenery and value-priced real estate, it's an outstanding
place for a second home.
The property I have
for you today is an exceptional four-star, brand-name
resort located near the beach. Prices start at just
$260,000!
Did that great price
perk up your ears? Then grab a grandé cup
of café con leche, and read on for more details.

Where
Exactly Is Costa Rica?
Costa Rica is in the middle of Central America.
It is bordered by Nicaragua to the north and Panama
to the southeast. It is only slightly larger than
Vermont and New Hampshire combined.

It borders both the
Caribbean Sea (to the east) and the North Pacific
Ocean (to the west), with a total of 802 miles of
spectacular coastline.
It
takes two to seven hours to fly to Costa Rica from
most U.S. cities. As Costa Rica gains popularity
with North American travelers, more flights will
become available into San Jose's Juan Santamaria
International Airport.

In addition, Delta,
American, US Airways, United and Continental all
have regular non-stop commercial flights to the
international airport in San Jose from their hubs
in Atlanta, Miami, Charlotte, Dallas, Los Angelos,
Phoenix, Chicago, and Houston.
More than 150 cruise
ships dock each year in Costa Rica, stopping at
Limon on the Caribbean coast, and at Puerto Caldera
and Puntarenas on the Pacific coast.
Costa Rica, A Shining Star in Central America
Internationally known as a peaceful country, Costa
Rica is one of the most popular
destinations
in Central America. Its social stability, booming
economy, ideal climate and government incentives
have generated a massive inflow of tourists and
investors enthusiastic about opportunities in real
estate and business.
Costa Rica is the only
country in Central America that does not have an
army. Many years ago, the government abolished the
military, allocating the funds to educating its
people. The result of this policy is a 96% literacy
rate and thousands of English-speaking Costa Ricans,
making tourists and North American investors comfortable
with everyday life.
The Sonesta Name Means Quality
Sonesta Jaco Resort will be managed by Sonesta Hotels
& Resorts. For over 60 years, the company has owned,
managed, designed, built and marketed hotels throughout
the world. There are presently 26 Sonesta hotels
and resorts around the world.
The individual condo
hotel units at Sonesta Jaco Resort will feature
elegant finishes like nine-foot ceilings and crown
moldings. The units are sold unfurnished. But an
affordable furniture package will be available.

Every condo hotel unit will have
a private balcony, offering views of the Pacific
Ocean or Costa Rica's rain forests.
They'll have gourmet
kitchens with granite countertops and marble countertops
in the bathrooms. They'll also have top-quality
appliances and intelligent technology (easy Internet
access, cable and satellite TV).
Each unit will include
a private balcony with Jacuzzi and views of the
Pacific Ocean and Costa Rica's tropical rain forests.
Owners will have reserved parking spaces and access
to individual storage.

The Sonesta Jaco Resort will feature
contemporary architecture accented by lush tropical
landscaping.
Look
How Much Your Dollar Buys in Costa Rica
Costa Rica welcomes foreign investors, therefore
visitors from all nationalities can be owners of
property in Costa Rica and have the same rights
as citizens.
A nice incentive for
foreign investors is that Costa Rica has no capital
gains tax. Property owners pay no taxes on profits
from the sale of their property in Costa Rica (although
they may have to pay capital gains taxes in their
country of origin).
But probably the biggest benefit of buying property
in Costa Rica is that your dollar goes much further
than it would in the U.S.

The Sonesta Jaco Resort offers a
wide variety of floor plans in one- and two-bedroom
styles, all at affordable prices.
The prices at Sonesta
Jaco Resort, for example, are far less than what
you'd expect for a four-star resort of this quality.
You can choose from a variety of floor plans in
one- and two-bedroom styles, ranging in price from
$260,000 to $500,000. Also available are a few select
four-bedroom penthouse units of 3,500 square feet
priced at $1,200,000.
Sonesta Jaco Resort offers U.S. citizens an exclusive
financing program through Costa Rican banks. It
allows financing up to 80% of the property value.
So, if you're seriously
considering a purchase, it's best to act quickly.
Wake up, and smell the coffee!

Consider
Central America for a Second Home
This
is the first time we've featured a condo hotel in
Costa Rica. But, I assure you, it won't be the last.
We at Condo Hotel Center
have recognized the huge surge in buyers exploring
opportunities in Costa Rica as well as in Panama
and Mexico.
These three countries offer incredible value and
top-quality developments. In other words, they represent
a great opportunity for foreigners seeking a vacation
home, retirement home or real estate investment.
For those reasons we've
just launched our newest website. It's still in
development, and we're adding content daily, but
I encourage you to visit the site and see what properties
are available.
