If you purchase a condo from La Costa Resort Villas, the resort will lease back the unit for two years and pay you an upfront amount of $80,000 for a Casa del Mar (studio condo) or $125,000 for a Hacienda del Mar (2-bedroom condo).

Also, the HOA/Easement fees will be waived for two years.  Fees range between $310-$388/month for Casa units and $669-$725/month for Hacienda condo.

Even with all these incentives, the owner can still use the unit for 60 days per year.

The units come fully furnished with all the necessary appliances, electronics, accessories, and upscale furniture.

Ok, it’s Henry again.  Why are the developers of La Costa doing this?  Simple…there are only 13 condos still available in Phase II and ready to be occupied. 

The developers want to accelerate the process of closing out this phase by guaranteeing rental income to the new owners in the form of the leaseback. 


Among this resort's many outstanding features are two 18-hole PGA championship golf courses.
