Construction is scheduled to begin September 2007
with anticipated completion of the first phase in

A reservation requires a $10,000 completely refundable
deposit. This reserves your place in line and gets

Event to select your unit at pre-construction pricing.
Keep in mind that you do not have
to be physically present to select your unit, as it
can be done by phone and email.
In the weeks that follow, we will
keep all reservation holders updated on information
such as actual unit pricing and critical purchase
dates, as soon as these details are released.
In the meantime, however, getting
a reservation in sooner rather than later will be
critical to your getting your first choice of units
at the lowest possible pricing.
